探讨中医活血化瘀法对急性心肌梗死患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Activating Blood and Removing Stasis on Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的研究分析急性心肌梗死患者接受中医活血化瘀治疗的临床效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法我院对急性心肌梗死患者78例进行分析研究,将患者分成对照组和试验组,对照组使用常规心内科治疗,试验组使用中医活血化瘀治疗。结果试验组临床治疗总有效率是97.4%。对照组是76.9%。结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组治疗后平均症候评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死临床中使用中医活血化瘀治疗的效果比较好,患者的症状改善明显,患者的救治率得到了提升。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients receiving blood activating and stasis removing therapy,providing basis for clinical treatment.Methods 78 cases of acute myocardial infarction were analyzed and studied in our hospital.The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with the conventional Department of Cardiology.The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine for activating blood and removing blood stasis.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the test group was 97.4%.The control group was 76.9%.The results were statistically different(P<0.05).The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of activating blood circulation and removing stasis in the clinical use of acute myocardial infarction is better,the symptoms of the patients are improved obviously,the treatment rate of the patients has been promoted,and it can be popularized in clinical practice.
