米非司酮配合宫瘤消对于治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效

The Clinical Efficacy of Mifepristone Combined With Gongliuxiao in the Treatment of Hysteromyoma

目的分析讨论米非司酮配合宫瘤消治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法选取我院2015年4月—2016年9月收治的子宫肌瘤患者中的80例,按照其就诊顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例患者,对照组使用米非司酮进行治疗,观察组使用米非司酮配合宫瘤消治疗,经过治疗后,比较分析两组患者的治疗疗效。结果在治疗后,观察组患者的治疗疗效高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论米非司酮配合宫瘤消治疗子宫肌瘤的治疗疗效较好,能够消除或者缩小子宫肌瘤,改善患者预后,属于有效保守治疗方法之一。

Objective To analyze and discuss the curative effect of mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods 80 cases of hysteromyoma treated in our hospital from April 2015 to September 2016 were selected,according to the order of treatment,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 patients in each group,the control group was treated with mifepristone,the observation group using mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao treatment,after treatment,the treatment efficacy of two groups patients was compared.Results After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Mifepristone Combined with Gongliuxiao is effective in the treatment of hysteromyoma.It can eliminate or reduce uterine fibroids and improve the prognosis of patients.It is one of the effective conservative treatment methods.
