ICU转出患者家属健康商数与应激压力状况的相关性

Correlates Between ICUs' Family Health Quotients and Stress Status

目的探究ICU转出患者家属健康商数与应激压力状况的相关性。方法采用健康商数调查问卷和ICU转出患者家属转科应激压力评估量表调查我院2017年1月—2018年1月共122例ICU转出患者家属的健康商数与应激压力状况,并对得分进行Pearson相关性分析。结果 (1)健康商数调查问卷总分为(106.52±20.12)分,最低维度得分为健康知识(18.04±3.02)分,ICU转出患者家属转科应激压力评估量表总分为(64.10±10.45)分,最高维度得分为分离焦虑(17.45±2.48)分;(2)Pearson相关性分析法显示,ICU转出患者家属健康商数总分与应激压力状况总分呈负相关(r=-0.107,P<0.05)。结论 ICU转出患者家属健康商数总分与应激压力状况总分呈负相关,较高健康商数有利于降低转科应激压力发生率。

Objective To explore the relationship between the number of health quotients of patients'family members and stress status of ICU patients.Methods The Health Quotient Questionnaire and the ICU were used to transfer the patient's family members to transfer the stress assessment scale to investigate the health quotient and stress status of 122 cases of ICU transferred patients'family from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital.And the scores were analyzed by Pearson correlation.Results(1)The score of health quotient questionnaire was(106.52±20.12)points,the lowest dimension score was health knowledge(18.04±3.02)points,and the total score of ICU transferred out of family members of the families was(64.10±10.45)points,the highest dimension score was separation anxiety(17.45±2.48)points;(2)Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of health quotients of patients'family members in ICU was negatively correlated with the total stress stress status(r=-0.107,P<0.05).Conclusion The total scores of health quotients of ICU transferred out of patients'family were negatively correlated with the total stress stress status.Higher health quotients are beneficial to reduce the incidence of stress in transfamily stress.
