Technical Effect of Doula Perineal Non-invasive Delivery Technique in Primipara Delivery

目的研究分析在初产妇分娩护理中采用导乐式会阴不侧切无保护无创接生技术对产妇的影响。方法研究样本选自本院2016年6月—2017年6月收治的60例产妇,对比两组产妇护理效果。结果观察组患者产程、焦虑、疼痛评分、分娩后1 h控制感评分与对照组患者组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且观察组较为优异。结论在初产妇分娩护理中采用导乐式会阴不侧切无保护无创接生技术可有效改善患者分娩控制感与分娩结局。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of Doula perineal non-invasive delivery technique in primipara delivery.Methods 60 cases of puerpera admitted in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were studied and the nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results There were significant differences in labor process,anxiety,pain score,control score at 1 hour after delivery between the observation group and the control group,and there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Doula perineal non-invasive delivery technique in delivery in nursing of primipara can effectively improve the sense of labor control and delivery outcome of the patients.
