老年反流性食管炎患者实施护理干预的方法及效果评析

Evaluation and Analysis of Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients With Reflux Esophagitis

目的探讨老年反流性食管炎患者实施护理干预的方法及效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年3月90例老年反流性食管炎患者作为对象根据随机信封法分组,各有45例。对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施全面护理。比较两组老年反流性食管炎治疗效果;护理满意评分、护理配合评分;干预前后患者焦虑情绪、症状积分、生活质量。结果实验组老年反流性食管炎治疗效果高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组护理满意评分、护理配合评分高于对照组,P<0.05;干预前两组焦虑情绪、症状积分、生活质量相近,P>0.05;干预后实验组焦虑情绪、症状积分、生活质量优于对照组,P<0.05。结论老年反流性食管炎患者实施全面护理干预的方法及效果确切,可提高患者配合度,减轻焦虑情绪,改善临床症状和病情,提高患者生活质量和满意度。

Objective To explore the method and effect of nursing intervention in elderly patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods 90 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis from January 2016 to March 2017 were divided into 45 cases according to the random envelopes.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was carried out comprehensive nursing.The therapeutic effects of two groups of elderly reflux esophagitis were compared,including nursing satisfaction score,nursing cooperation score,anxiety,symptom score and quality of life before and after intervention.Results The curative effect of the elderly group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The overall score of nursing satisfaction and nursing cooperation score were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05;Before intervention,anxiety,symptom scores and quality of life were similar between the two groups,P>0.05;After intervention,the anxiety,symptom scores and quality of life in the comprehensive group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with reflux esophagitis is effective,which can improve the patient's cooperation,relieve anxiety,improve clinical symptoms and condition,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
