精细化管理对精神科患者家属满意度和护理质量的影响

Effect of Refined Management Applied to the Psychiatric Ward on Family Satisfaction and Nursing Quality

目的为了提高精神科患者家属满意度和护理质量,分析实施精细化管理的价值。方法随机从我院精神科2016年10月—2017年10月接诊的患者中选取90例作为研究对象,通过抛硬币的方法将其分为观察组和对照组各45例,所有患者均接受精神科常规护理措施,而观察组患者同时接受精细化管理,比较两组护理质量和患者满意度。结果研究数据显示,观察组和对照组患者家属的满意度分别为43(95.56%)和30(66.67%),观察组满意度更高,且组间差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=12.26,P<0.05);和对照组相比观察组在护理文件书写、各班工作质量以及三基考核三方面评分中均占优势,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神科实施精细化管理既能够提升患者家属对护理服务满意度,减少纠纷发生,又能够改善护理质量。

Objective In order to improve the satisfaction of family members and nursing quality of psychiatric patients,to analyze the value of implementing refined management.Methods 90 patients were randomly selected from the psychiatric department of our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 as the subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group.All patients received routine nursing measures of psychiatric department,while the observation group was given refined management,and the difference of nursing quality and patient satisfaction in different groups was compared.Results The data showed that the satisfaction degree of family members in the observation group and the control group were 43(95.56%)and 30(66.67%),the excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=12.26,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had an advantage in the writing of nursing documents,the working quality of each class and the three basis assessment scores,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing refined management in psychiatric department can not only improve the satisfaction of nursing service,reduce disputes,but also improve the quality of nursing.
