摘要
目的探讨"情志-症状-灵性管理"中医护理优化整合模式在晚期癌症患者中的应用效果。方法2015年1月—2017年12月收治的300例肿瘤晚期患者分为观察组(n=152)和对照组(n=148)。治疗期间,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用"情志-症状-灵性管理"中医护理优化整合模式。应用癌症患者生活质量测定量表核心量表(QLQ-C30)对患者的功能、症状及整体生活质量进行评分对比。结果观察组患者功能、症状及整体生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 "情志-症状-灵性管理"中医护理优化整合模式利用中医整体观念,从心理、生理、精神需求进行护理,达到改善癌症患者生活质量的目的。
Objective To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing based on emotion-symptom-spirituality management for patients with advanced cancer.Methods Totally 300 patients with advanced cancer were divided into the observation group(n=152)and the control group(n=148).Patients of two groups received routine care during treatment,and TCM nursing based on emotion-symptom-spirituality management was applied in the observation group.The functional areas,symptomatic areas and overall quality of life of patients were assessed by EORTC Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 36(QLQ-C30).Results Patients in the observation group achieved higher scores in functional areas,symptomatic areas and overall quality of life compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM nursing based on emotion-symptom-spirituality management is potentially effective to improve the quality of life of cancer patients.It is a comprehensive intervention focusing on the physiological,psychological and spiritual needs of patients.
