经络刮痧、平衡火罐联合通络操在颈肩腰背肌筋膜炎患者中的应用

The application of meridian-collateral scraping,cupping therapy and collateral-dredging exercise in treatment of neck-shoulder-back myofascitis

目的探讨经络刮痧、平衡火罐联合通络操在颈肩腰背肌筋膜炎中的应用效果。方法选取颈肩腰背肌筋膜炎患者90例,按随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组1和对照组2。对照组1采用经络刮痧联合通络操治疗,对照组2采用平衡火罐联合通络操,研究组采用经络刮痧、平衡火罐联合通络操治疗。观察患者症状改善情况,比较3组压痛、背部疼痛程度及颈椎功能障碍变化。结果颈肩腰背肌筋膜炎症状改善总有效率研究组(93.33%)高于对照组1(83.33%)和对照组2(86.67%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,研究组压痛、背部疼痛VAS评分较对照组1和对照组2低(P<0.05);3组颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论颈肩腰背肌筋膜炎患者采用经络刮痧、平衡火罐治疗联合通络操锻炼能够有效改善患者疼痛症状,且操作简便、无不良反应,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of meridian-collateral scraping,cupping therapy and collateral-dredging exercise in treatment of neck-shoulder-back myofascitis.Methods Totally 90 patients with neck-shoulder-back myofascitis were assigned to the experimental group,control group A and control group B.Patients in the control group A received meridian-collateral scraping and collateral-dredging exercise,those in control group B received cupping therapy and collateral-dredging exercise,and those in the experimental group received the combination therapy.The symptom improvement,back pain degree and neck disability were evaluated and compared among three groups.Results The overall effective rate of interventions for relieving symptoms is higher in the experimental group(93.33%)than that in control group A and B(83.33%and 86.67%,respectively),with a significant difference(P<0.05).The VAS scores of pressing pain and back pain were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group A and control group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in neck disability index(NDI)among three groups after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of meridian-collateral scraping,cupping therapy and collateral-dredging exercise,as an easy-to-use and safe technique,can effectively relieve the clinical symptom of neck-shoulder-back myofascitis.
