微创治疗腰椎间盘突出的阶梯式康复护理干预

A step-wise rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation

目的观察阶梯式康复护理干预对腰椎间盘突出微创治疗术后疼痛程度和功能障碍的影响。方法将2015年10月—2016年10月骨科收治的行微创手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者44例设为对照组,采取常规护理;将2016年11月—2017年11月收治44例患者设为观察组,在对照组基础上采取阶梯式康复护理干预。比较手术前后疼痛程度、功能障碍情况和康复疗效。结果术后2组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于术前,且观察组术后1周、1个月疼痛程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2组Oswestry功能障碍指数评分均低于术前,且观察组术后1周、1个月、3个月Oswestry功能障碍指数评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组康复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对采用微创治疗的腰椎间盘突出患者实施阶梯式康复护理干预能显著降低疼痛程度,减轻功能障碍,促进术后康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of the step-wise rehabilitation nursing intervention on postoperative pain and function disability of patients with minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation.Methods From October,2015 to October 2016,44 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by minimally invasive surgery were enrolled in the control group,and routine nursing was performed.From November,2016 to November,2017,44 patients with minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation were included into the observation group,and the step-wise rehabilitation nursing intervention was carried out.The pain,function disability and rehabilitation effect were evaluated and compared between two groups.Results The score of visual analogue on pain(VAS)was decreased in both two groups after surgery,and was lower in the observation group than that of controls at 1 week and 1 month after operation respectively(P<0.05).The Oswestry disability index score was decreased in both two groups after surgery,and was lower in the observation group than that of controls at 1 week,1 and 3 months after surgery respectively(P<0.05).The rehabilitation effective rate was higher in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05).Conclusion The step-wise rehabilitation nursing intervention can effective relief the postoperative pain and promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation.
