集束化管理预防新生儿导管相关性血流感染的效果观察

A study on care bundle for prevention of catheter-related blood stream infection in newborn infants

目的探讨集束化管理预防新生儿导管相关性血流感染(CRBSI)的效果。方法将实施集束化管理之前(2016年11月—2017年6月)经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)、中心静脉置管(CVC)或脐静脉置管(UVC)的50例患儿设为对照组,实施集束化管理之后(2017年7月—2018年2月)50例患儿设为观察组。比较2组患儿CRBSI发生率。结果观察组患儿CRBSI发生率较对照组下降(1.52‰vs.8.06‰,P<0.01)。结论集束化管理可有效降低中心静脉置管患儿CRBSI发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of the nursing care bundle for prevention of catheter-related blood stream infection(CRBSI)in newborn infants.Methods Totally 50 newborn infants undergoing peripherally inserted central catheterization(PICC),central venous catheterization(CVC)or umbilical venous catheterization(UVC)were selected as the control group before implementation of care bundle(from November,2016 to June,2017).Another 50 newborn infants were recruited as the observation group after implementation of care bundle(from July,2017 to February,2018).The incidence rate of CRBSI was observed and compared between two groups.Results The incidence of CRBSI in the observation group was lower than that of controls(1.52‰vs.8.06‰,P<0.01).Conclusion The nursing management based on care bundle is potentially effective to reduce the risk of CRBSI in newborn infants.
