Rescue and nursing management of amniotic fluid embolism with disseminated intravascular coagulation and postpartum hemorrhagic shock: with a case report

本研究回顾1例羊水栓塞致弥漫性血管内凝血合并产后出血休克的抢救与护理要点。羊水栓塞应以预防为主,一旦发现,需要快速识别和针对性处理,严密观察病情,积极减轻肺水肿,改善脑缺氧,建立多条静脉通路,给予抗过敏治疗,积极纠正失血休克,确保产妇和围产儿生命安全。

This paper reviewed the rescue and nursing measures for amniotic fluid embolism with disseminated intravascular coagulation and postpartum hemorrhagic shock in a parturient woman.The amniotic fluid embolism,once diagnosed,should be treated with targeted interventions immediately.Maternal and fetal conditions should be monitored strictly,and interventions such as reducing pulmonary edema,improving brain circulation,establishing venous pathways and correcting hemorrhagic shock are required,in order to ensure the maternal and fetal safety.
