慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清8-iso-PGF_(2α)、HCY水平变化及其与认知功能的关系 被引量:11

Changes in serum levels of 8-iso-PGF_(2α) and HCY and their relationship with cognitive function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清8前列腺异素F2α(8-iso-PGF_(2α))和同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平变化及其与认知功能的关系。方法选取COPD患者83例(COPD组)及健康体检者50例(对照组)。比较两组血清8-iso-PGF_(2α)、HCY水平,应用蒙特利尔认知评估量表评估COPD组认知功能障碍发生情况,分析COPD组患者血清8-iso-PGF_(2α)、HCY水平与认知功能的关系。结果 COPD组血清8-iso-PGF_(2α)、HCY水平高于对照组(P均<0.05)。COPD组发生认知功能障碍38例。COPD组认知功能障碍者较认知正常者血清8-iso-PGF_(2α)、HCY水平高(P均<0.05)。血清8-iso-PGF_(2α)、HCY水平预测COPD患者发生认知功能障碍的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.793(95%CI:0.695~0.890,P=0.00)、0.779(95%CI:0.688~0.871,P=0.00)。血清8-iso-PGF_(2α)(χ~2=25.688,OR=19.250,95%CI:5.057~73.371)、HCY(χ~2=3.355,OR=2.667,95%CI:0.915~7.773)水平与COPD患者发生认知障碍有关。结论血清8-iso-PGF_(2α)和HCY水平可以预测COPD患者认知功能障碍的发生,且血清8-iso-PGF_(2α)、HCY水平增高,COPD患者发生认知功能障碍的危险性增高。 Objective To explore the changes of serum levels of 8-iso-prostaglandin F2a(8-iso-PGF 2α)and HCY in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and their relationship with cognitive function.Methods Eighty-three patients with COPD and 50 healthy persons were selected as the COPD group and control group.The levels of serum 8-iso-PGF 2αand HCY were compared between the two groups.The Montreal cognitive assessment scale was used to evaluate the incidence of mild cognitive impairment in the COPD group,and we analyzed the relationship between the levels of serum 8-iso-PGF 2α,HCY and cognitive function in the COPD patients.Results The serum levels of 8-iso-PGF 2αand HCY in the COPD group were higher than those in the control group(both P<0.05).There were 38 cases of cognitive impairment in the COPD group.In the COPD group,patients with cognitive impairment had higher levels of serum 8-iso-PGF 2αand HCY than those with normal cognition(both P<0.05).The area under ROC curves of serum 8-iso-PGF 2αand HCY levels in predicting the cognitive dysfunction of COPD patients were 0.793(95%CI:0.695-0.890,P=0.00)and 0.779(95%CI:0.688-0.871,P=0.00).The levels of 8-iso-PGF 2α(χ2=25.688,OR=19.250,95%CI:5.057-73.371),HCY(χ2=3.355,OR=2.667,95%CI:0.915-7.773)were associated with cognitive impairment in patients with COPD.Conclusion The levels of 8-iso-PGF 2αand HCY can predict the occurrence of cognitive impairment in the COPD patients,and the higher the levels of serum 8-iso-PGF 2αand HCY,the higher risk of cognitive dysfunction in COPD patients will become.
