肾素-血管紧张素系统在急性呼吸窘迫综合征发生发展中作用的研究进展 被引量：10

摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是以呼吸窘迫、顽固性低氧血症和呼吸衰竭为主要临床表现的危重症。近年来许多研究发现,肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)与ARDS的发生发展密切相关。RAS中的血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)/血管紧张素(Ang)Ⅱ具有促进ARDS炎症反应、肺细胞凋亡及肺纤维化的作用,而ACE2/Ang1-7能抑制ACE/AngⅡ的上述作用,并且ARDS存在肺组织局部RAS稳态失衡。
