The inter-provincial on-line settlement of medical expenses has changed the traditional way of settling medical expenses in diff erent places,and fundamentally solved the burdens of insured people and achieved remarkable results.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the progress of the inter-provincial online settlement of medical expenses,and to analyze the social and management benefi ts from the aspects of fairness,liquidity and sustainability.
