摘要
道路交通区间测速监测系统是固定安装在道路上并用于对机动车在该区间内行驶的平均速度进行监测的计量仪器。道路交通区间测速监测系统能否准确溯源关系到交通执法部门执法的公正性和人民群众的交通安全,需要对区间测速系统进行校准。本文介绍一种校准方法及其过程中分析其不确定度分量主要来源,并对各不确定度分量进行评定。
Point-to-point vehicle speed monitor systems are fixed on the road and are used to monitor the average speed of the motor vehicle running in this area.The accurate traceability of point-to-point vehicle speed monitor systems is related to the justice of the law enforcement department of the traffic law enforcement department and the traffic safety of the people.It is necessary to calibrate the point-to-point vehicle speed monitor systems.In this paper,a calibration method and its main sources of uncertainty components are introduced,and the uncertainty components are evaluated.
