职业教育集团运行机制探析

Analysis of the Operation Mechanism of Vocational Education Group

职业教育集团是职业教育深化产教融合、校企合作的重要载体和有效途径。面对国家在产教融合、校企合作方面的政策红利,职业教育应该抢抓机遇,顺势而为,在职业教育集团化办学方面有所作为。本文在界定职业教育集团运行机制的基础上,回顾了我国职业教育集团的发展历程,分析了目前职业教育集团运行机制存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。

Vocational Education Group is an important carrier and effective way to deepen the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation in Vocational Education.Faced with the policy dividends of the state in the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation,Vocational education should seize opportunities,follow the trend and make a difference in vocational education.This article is based on the definition of the operating mechanism of the vocational education group,recalls the development of China’s vocational education group,analyses the existing problems in the operating mechanism of the vocational education group,and propose corresponding countermeasures.
