摘要
BIM协同管理平台在某商业项目中的应用,实现了项目管理由点对点模式到多方协同的转变。项目各参与方应用平台的相关功能模块实现了项目质量提升,项目工期缩短,管理效率提升、工程造价降低、文件存储规范等目的。
The application of BIM collaborative management platform in a commercial project has realized the transition from traditional point-to-point model to multi-party collaboration.The application of the platform helped constructor achieved the objectives of improving project quality,shortening project duration,improving management efficiency,reducing project cost,and standardizing file storage.It also brings reusable experience for the constructor while creating economic benefits.
