泵车是工业生产中重要的工业机械,电气系统是操作控制泵车的主要方式。本文对泵车的电气系统全功能检测与评估系统进行了概述,设计了其检测评估的方案,从硬件和软件两方面对该系统进行分析,实时采集泵车的各种数据,利用软件实施泵车的电气全功能检测,并由此对泵车进行评估。希望此文能对泵车电气系统的监测评估提供参考。

The pump car is an important industrial machine and the electrical system is the main way to operate the pump.This paper summarizes the full function test and evaluation system of the electric system of the pump car,and designs its detection and evaluation scheme.The system is analyzed from two aspects of hardware and software,and the data of the pump are collected in real time,and the software is used in the software.The electrical function test of the pump truck is carried out,and the pump truck is evaluated accordingly.It is hoped that this article can provide reference for monitoring and evaluating the electric system of the pump truck.
