辽宁老工业基地的进一步发展建设,关乎我国东北地区经济整体发展,在现代要求下,分析其两化融合体制机制的创新有一定的积极意义。基于此,本文以相关课题的研究背景和意义作为出发点,分析推进辽宁老工业基地两化融合体制机制的困难,给出两化融合体制机制的创新理论和建议,旨在通过分析明确当前状况,完善对应理论,为后续工作的开展提供参考。
