藏族诗歌《米拉日巴道歌》英译的生态翻译学研究

An Eco-translatological Study on Tibetan Poetry The Songs of Milarepa

《米拉日巴道歌》是藏传佛教诗歌艺术中的瑰宝。该诗集既有对佛理的阐释与解说,也不乏对雪域高原的恣肆讴歌,书写了藏族地区特有的文化景观。生态翻译学倡导文化平等、文化共存、文化多元的生态翻译理念。《米拉日巴道歌》的英译既要保留藏语原诗特有的文化和美学内涵,忠实于原语文化生态,也应注意英语译文的可读性,使译文顺应译入语文化生态。研究发现,生态翻译学对藏族诗歌《米拉日巴道歌》等民族典籍翻译、对民族文化走出去具有一定的指导意义。

The Songs of Milarepa is the treasure of the Tibetan Buddhism poetry art.This poetic collection not only makes an interpretation and narration of Buddhism,but also passionately eulogizes the beautiful scenery of the snow-area plateau,providing a profound vision upon the unique Tibetan culture.Eco-translatology advocates an ecological translation idea of cultural equality,cultural co-existence and cultural diversification.The English translation of The Songs of Milarepa should not only reserve the cultural and esthetical connotation of the original and be faithful to the cultural ecology of the source language,but also attach importance to the readability of English version and make the translation adapt to the cultural ecology of the target language.This paper concludes that ecotranslatology is instructive to national culture dissemination and national classics translation.
