公共管理视域下大学生创业教育管理路径研究

A Study on the Management Path of College Students Entrepreneurship Education in the Perspective of Public Management

"大众创业、万众创新"背景下,我国大学生就业形式发生了重要变化,就业形式异常严峻。新常态下,如何转变就业观念,实施以创业促进就业,构建完备的大学生创业教育管理体系已然成为高校、社会、政府所面临的重要课题。通过梳理公共管理视域下我国高校大学生创业教育管理的研究现状及存在问题,分析得出,协同联动高校、社会、家庭及大学生自我管理,形成大学生创业教育管理的育人合力,切实提高大学生创业教育实效性,助推大学生成功创业。

Under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation",the employment form of college students in our country has changed significantly and the employment form is extremely severe.Under the new normal,how to change the concept of employment,how to promote employment through entrepreneurship,and how to build a complete management system of college students'entrepreneurship education has become an important issue for universities,society and government.Through combing the current situation and existing problems of college students'entrepreneurship education management in the public management perspective,it is concluded that the cooperative management among college students,society,family and college students will form a collaborative force to educate the college students'entrepreneurship education management,improve the effectiveness of the college students'entrepreneurship education and promote the successful college students'entrepreneurship.
