引入西方近现代学者理论分析中国古代法律思想是中国法律思想史课程教学的重要方法之一。通过引入西方学者的理论比较和分析中国古代思想家的法律思想,我们既可以看到中国古代法律思想家思考的深度与广度,同时也可以看到中国古代思想家思考问题存在的局限和不足,拓展了中国法律思想史课程的研究视野。
