健脾解毒汤联合化疗对胃癌患者免疫功能及生存预后的影响

Effect of Jianpi Jiedu Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy on the Immune Function and Prognosis of Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的探讨健脾解毒汤联合化疗对胃癌患者免疫功能及生存预后的影响。方法回顾性分析本院诊疗的胃癌患者100例,根据不同治疗方案分为联合组和单纯化疗组,各50例。单纯化疗组给予奥沙利铂联合替吉奥胶囊治疗,联合组在此基础上加用健脾解毒汤。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后免疫功能、生存质量及中医症候疗效指数的变化。结果治疗后,联合组临床总有效率、中医症候总有效率均显著高于单纯化疗组(P<0.05),联合组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、总体健康状况、功能领域各项指标得分明显高于单纯化疗组(P<0.05),CD8^+、疲劳、恶心、呕吐、疼痛、食欲下降、便秘症状得分明显低于单纯化疗组(P<0.05),两组气促、睡眠障碍、腹泻及经济困难得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾解毒汤联合化疗治疗胃癌患者的临床效果显著,可明显提高患者免疫功能,改善其生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Jiedu decoction plus chemotherapy on the immune function and prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.Methods 100 cases of patients with gastric cancer were selected between June 2015 and October 2016 in our Hospitals.According to different treatments,patients were divided into the combination group(50 cases)and the simple chemotherapy group(50 cases).The simple chemotherapy group was only given Oxaliplatin and Tegafur,while the combination group was given Jianpi Jiedu decoction combined with Oxaliplatin and Tegafur.The clinical curative effect,the changes of immune function,quality of life and Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect index were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate and the Chinese medicine syndrome curative efficacy of combination group were significantly higher than those of the simple chemotherapy group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+,the overall health,scores of each functional area were significantly higher in the combination group than in the simple chemotherapy group(P<0.05).The CD8+level and the scores of fatigue,nausea,vomiting,pain,loss of appetite and constipation symptoms in combination group were significantly lower than in the simple chemotherapy group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the shortness of breath,sleep disorder,diarrhoea and the economic difficulties scores between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Jiedu decoction combined with chemotherapy had significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with gastric cancer.Jianpi Jiedu decoction could enhance the immune function and improve the quality of survival.
