摘要英国和法国的现代学徒制发展都比较早,已经到了比较成熟的阶段,而我国还处于起步阶段。通过比较英国和法国的现代学徒制,可以从顶层设计、法律保障体系、经费资助等方面为我国现代学徒制的发展提供有益的经验。 The modern apprenticeship systems appeared very early in Britain and France,which have already been fully developed.But such system is still developing in the initial stage in China.This paper tries to compare the modern apprenticeship system in Britain with the system in France and then provides some beneficial experiences in the aspects of the top-level design,law protection system,funds support for the development of modern apprenticeship system in China.
