地方认同指个体与环境经过复杂的交互作用而形成的一种特殊依恋。地方认同形成的影响因素主要有成长经历、家庭因素、经济、政治和文化环境、地方区域因素、个人的其他因素等。它直接对大学生职业规划中内外职业生涯产生影响。地方认同影响大学生的职业定位、对职业环境的要求、职业偏好、职业稳定性、职业满意度等。大学生在进行职业生涯决策时,可以选择地方认同度较高的城市作为职业环境,根据自己地方认同的变化来进行职业规划调整,以地方认同作为行业选择的依据。通过研究地方认同如何影响大学生职业生涯决策,能更好指导大学生合理地进行职业生涯规划。

Place identity is the awareness of attachment when individual interacts with environment in a complex way.What will influence the forming of place identity is life experience,family factors,the economic,political and cultural environment,regional factor as well as individual factor.Place identity can affect college students’career planning in the following aspects:career orientation,career environmental requirement,career preference,career stability,and career satisfaction.When college students are making their career planning,place identity should be taken into consideration.By exploring how place identity affects college students’decisions,we will better help the students make their career planning.
