摘要
通过采集携程、美团、蚂蜂窝等11个网站中关于梅山龙宫景区的网络评论,用ROST CM6软件进行内容分析,输出社会语义网络图,将高频词汇分为四类。用NVivo 11进行主题分析,从98项自由节点中提取14个二级编码,分别为自然景观、人文景观、基础设施、生态环境、卫生与安全、环境舒适度、服务内容、服务态度、门票管理、客流管理、其他管理、行为、偏好以及满意度。总结出四个主题,发现游客旅游体验的核心为景观特征、环境质量、服务管理和主观体验。最后从结果出发,为梅山龙宫景区提出四点建议。
By collecting network comments about the Meishan Palace Tourism Area on 11 websites including Ctrip.com,meituan.com,mafengwo.cn and others,ROST CM6 were used to analyze the content and output the social semantic network map,and the high frequency words are divided into four categories.NVivo 11 were used for content coding,and we extracted 14 axial codes from 98 free codes,including natural scenery,human landscape,infrastructure,ecological environment,sanitation and safety,environmental comfort degree,service content,service attitude,ticket management,passenger flow management,other management,behavior,preferences,and satisfaction.This paper summarizes four themes and finds that the core of tourists'experience is landscape characteristics,environmental quality,service management and subjective experience.Finally,based on the results,the paper puts forward four suggestions for the Meishan Palace tourism area.
