现代社会治理需要动员一切积极社会力量的广泛参与,由此形成共建共治共享的治理新格局。社会民主在组织和动员社会力量参与社会治理中具有非常重要的作用,然而西式社会民主治理的困境对我们广泛而有效的社会组织和社会动员提出了警示。新时代中国特色社会主义民主政治背景下的现代社会治理需要对社会民主进行批判性反思:尊重特定的民俗风情,科学界定政府、市场与社会的边界与关系,贯穿公共性旨趣于社会治理的全过程。

Modern social governance requires the mobilization of the extensive participation of all active social forces,which,therefore,form a new pattern of co-construction,co-governance,and sharing.Social democracy plays a very important role in organizing and mobilizing social forces to participate in social governance,while the predicament of Western social democratic governance has alarmed our extensive and effective social organizations and social mobilization.Modern social governance in the context of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics in the New Era requires a critical reflection on social democracy,that is to say,to respect certain folk customs,to definite the boundaries and relationships among the government,market,and society scientifically,to penetrate the purport of publicity throughout the whole process of social governance.
