不同剂量阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗高血压合并动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效

Clinical effects of different doses of Atorvastatin combined with Aspirin in treatment of hypertension associated with atherosclerosis

目的:观察不同剂量阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗高血压伴发动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法:按照区组随机化法将80例高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者分为研究组(20 mg阿托伐他汀+100 mg阿司匹林)与对照组(10 mg阿托伐他汀+100 mg阿司匹林),对比两组治疗效果及安全性。结果:治疗后,研究组血脂、血压水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组斑块面积小于对照组,斑块不稳定性发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:20 mg阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者的临床疗效优于10 mg阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗疗效。

Objective:To investigate clinical effects of different doses of Atorvastatin combined with Aspirin in treatment of hypertension associated with atherosclerosis.Methods:According to the block randomization method,80 patients with hypertension associated with atherosclerosis were divided into study group(20 mg Atorvastatin+100 mg Aspirin)and control group(10 mg Atorvastatin+100 mg Aspirin).The treatment effects and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:After the treatment,the blood lipid and blood pressure of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The plaque area of the study group was smaller than that of the control group,and the incidence of plaque instability was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:20 mg Atorvastatin combined with Aspirin in the treatment of hypertension associated with atherosclerosis is more effective than 10 mg Atorvastatin combined with Aspirin.
