替诺福韦治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化患者疗效及对肝功能的影响

Clinical efficacy of Tenofovir in treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis and its effects on liver function

目的:观察替诺福韦治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化患者疗效及对肝功能的影响。方法:以90例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组给予拉米夫定治疗,观察组则给予替诺福韦治疗。比较两组治疗效果及对肝功能指标的影响。结果:治疗48周后,观察组HBV DNA转阴率为84.44%,明显高于对照组的64.44%(P<0.05);两组ALT、TBIL水平均明显降低,ALB水平明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组ALT、TBIL水平低于对照组,ALB水平高于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:替诺福韦治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效及改善肝功能指标的效果优于拉米夫定治疗。

Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of Tenofovir in treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis and its effects on liver function.Methods:Ninety patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given Lamivudine treatment,while the observation group was given Tenofovir treatment.The therapeutic efficacies and improvements of liver function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After 48 weeks'treatment,the negative rate of HBV DNA in the observation group was 84.44%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 64.44%(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of ALT and TBIL were significantly lower in the two groups and the ALB levels were significantly increased(P<0.05).The levels of ALT and TBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the ALB levels were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Tenofovir is more effective than Lamivudine in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis,and can improve the liver function indexes more obviously.
