摘要
目的:观察雷公藤多苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗皮炎湿疹患者的疗效及其对白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法:选取118例皮炎湿疹患者为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组各59例。对照组患者实施咪唑斯汀缓释片口服治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用雷公藤多苷治疗,比较两组临床疗效及相关细胞因子水平。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为100.00%(59/59),明显高于对照组的88.14%(52/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组临床症状总积分为(2.51±1.43)分,明显低于对照组的(5.88±1.46)分;观察组IL-2、IL-6及CRP水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为11.86%(7/59),明显低于对照组的30.51%(18/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷公藤多苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗皮炎湿疹患者的疗效及可降低IL-2、IL-6和C-反应蛋白水平的效果优于单纯咪唑斯汀治疗。
Objective:To study efficacy of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides combined with Mizolastine on dermatitis and eczema and their effects on interleukin-2(IL-2),IL-6 and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels.Methods:118 cases of dermatitis and eczema were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group with 59 cases in each group with the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with Mizolastine sustained-release tablets orally,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Mizolastine sustained-release tablets and Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides.The therapeutic effects and the related cytokine levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate in the control group was 88.14%(52/59),which was significantly lower than that in the observation group of 100.00%(59/59),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms of the observation group(2.51±1.43)was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.88±1.46),the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and CRP were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 30.51%(18/59),which was significantly higher than that in the observation group of 11.86%(7/59),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides combined with Mizolastine is more effective and safe in the treatment of dermatitis eczema than single Mizolastine.
