宫颈癌筛查应用多重核酸扩增荧光检测的意义评估

摘要 目的探讨宫颈癌筛查应用多重核酸扩增荧光检测的意义并进行评估。方法选取2017年9月-2018年3月期间在我院进行妇科检查的120例妇女纳入本研究,对其进行宫颈癌筛查。行多重核酸扩增荧光检测及第二代杂交捕获试验检测。结果120例妇女行多重核酸扩增荧光检测出27例高危型HPV。第二代杂交捕获试验检测出30例高危型HPV,两者具有高度一致性。结论宫颈癌筛查过程中采取多重核酸扩增荧光检测方法,检出率与常规方案具有较强一致性,应在临床中广泛使用。
