性激素检验在不孕症诊断中的价值

Value of sex hormone test in the diagnosis of infertility

目的探讨性激素在不孕症中的临床诊断价值。方法在我院2017年1月-2018年1月间收治的不孕症患者中选取56例进行研究分析,将其定义为观察组;对照组则选取同时间段来我院体检的健康女性56例。两组均进行各项性激素水平检验并对比。结果观察组的睾酮(T)、催乳素(PRL)、孕酮(P)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_2)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在进行女性不孕症的临床诊断时,性激素检验具有重要作用,准确把握患者的FSH、E_2、PRL、T、P以及LH等性激素水平,能够在不孕症的临床诊断中发挥良好的协助作用,有效提升不孕症的诊断效果,在早期对患者实施有效干预对策,提高临床治疗效果,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of sex hormones in infertility.Methods Fifty-six cases of infertility treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as observation group,and 56 healthy women in our hospital for physical examination at the same time period were selected as the control group.The patients in the two groups were tested for sex hormones and compared.Results The levels of testosterone(T),prolactin(PRL)and progesterone(P)in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of female infertility,sex hormone test plays an important role.To accurately grasp the level of sex hormones such as FSH,E2,PRL,T,P and LH,can play a good role in the diagnosis of infertility,effectively improve the diagnosis of infertility,and implement effective intervention on the patients in the early stage.It is worthy of extensive application in clinic.
