病毒性肝炎相关血常规及生化检验项目的临床研究

Clinical study of blood routine and biochemical tests for viral hepatitis

目的对病毒性肝炎相关血常规及生化检验项目进行研究和分析。方法选取我院2016年8月-2017年8月接受并展开临床检查确诊的55例病毒性肝炎患者作为观察组,并且盲选出同一时间段内来体检的健康人员55例志愿者,即对照组。将两组研究对象进行血常规与生化检验,对两组研究对象中相关血常规及生化检验的各项指标数值进行对比和分析。结果与对照组相比较,观察组中的性粒细胞、血小板(PLT)及白细胞计数(WBC)数值明显较低,淋巴细胞数值要明显高些(P<0.05)。与对照组相比较,观察组患者的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)与总胆红素(TBIL)明显较高,功能白球比例(A/G)与白蛋白(ALB)水平要明显较低(P<0.05)。结论对于病毒性肝炎患者,开展血常规和生化检验可以对患者的血细胞功能和生化指标进行有效掌握,为诊断和治疗提供科学和客观的医学数据,在临床上具有很高的使用价值,因此得到大力推广和应用。

Objective To study and analyze the related blood routine and biochemical test items of viral hepatitis.Methods Fifty-five patients with viral hepatitis who were diagnosed with clinical examination from August 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 55 volunteers who were blindly selected for physical examination during the same period of time were selected.Control group.The two groups of subjects were subjected to routine blood tests and biochemical tests.The values of the relevant blood routine and biochemical tests in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the number of granulocytes,platelets(PLT)and white blood cell count(WBC)in the observation group was significantly lower,and the lymphocyte count was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and total bilirubin(TBIL)in the observation group were significantly higher,and the ratio of functional white matter(A/G)and albumin(ALB)was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with viral hepatitis,performing routine blood tests and biochemical tests can effectively grasp the patient's blood cell function and biochemical indicators,provide scientific and objective medical data for diagnosis and treatment,and have a high clinical value.Has been vigorously promoted and applied.
