摘要
目的了解超声检查预约等候时长现状,寻找存在的问题及影响因素,逐步采取针对性措施,以缩短门诊超声检查预约时间及排队等候检查时间。方法运用PDCA循环管理的理论,分析前期患者超声检查预约时间长存在的问题,制定改进措施,检查和总结措施效果。结果实施PDCA循环后,当天开单当天检查率由实施前的12.5%上升至实施后的86.0%,实施PDCA循环前后预约当日完成率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=745.547,P<0.01);门诊患者上午完成检查的比例由实施前的57.8%上升至实施后的73.0%,PDCA循环实施前后上下午完成检查比例差异有统计学意义(χ~2=33.925,P<0.01)。结论应用PDCA循环法进行持续质量改进,可以提高门诊超声检查的效率,缩短门诊超声检查预约等候时长。
Objective To understand the current status of waiting time for ultrasound examination appointments,to find out the existing problems and influencing factors,and to gradually take targeted measures in order to shorten the appointment time and queuing time for the ultrasound examination of the outpatient clinic.Methods The PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)cycle management theory was used to analyze the problem of scheduling an ultrasound examination for a long time for the patients with early,formulate improvement measures,and check and summarize the effect of measures.Results After the implementation of the PDCA cycle,the examination rate on the day of billing increased from 12.5%(before implementation)to 86.0%(after implementation).The difference in completion rate on the day before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle was statistically significant(2=745.547,P<0.01).The proportion of patients who completed the examination in the morning rose from 57.8%(before implementation)to 73.0%(after implementation).The difference in the percentage of examination completed before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle was statistically significant(2=33.925,P<0.01).Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation method for continuous quality improvement can improve the efficiency of ultrasound examinations for outpatients and shorten the appointment waiting time of ultrasound examination for outpatients.
