医院药品库存管理控制与分析研究

Study on the Control and Analysis of Hospital Drug Inventory Management

目的探讨合理确定药品采购数量和采购时机的方法,使药品库存周转率和药品供应得到有效保证。方法基于ABC分类法原理,在医院信息管理系统中增加库存控制参数,总结出适合我院的药品库存管理方法。结果采取以"用"定"采"的管理模式,对药品库存及采购量进行动态管理,提高了库存管理工作效率,使我院的药品周转率得到有效控制。结论基于信息系统药品管理参数的调控,有助于医院药品库存的管理控制,未来将ABC分类法应用于药品管理的其他方面,以减少管理人力、物力成本,实现科学、合理、高效药品管理。

Objective To explore the method of reasonably determining the quantity and timing of drug purchase so that the turnover rate of drug inventory and drug supply can be effectively guaranteed.Methods Based on ABC classification principle,the Inventory Control parameters are added in hospital information management system,and the drug inventory management method suitable for our hospital is summed up.Results By adopting the management mode of“use”and“adopt”,we can dynamically manage the drug inventory and purchasing quantity,improve the work efficiency of the stock management,and make the drug turnover rate of our hospital be controlled effectively.Conclusion The regulation and control of drug management parameters based on information system is helpful to the management and control of drug inventory in hospital.In the future,ABC classification will be applied to other aspects of drug management in order to reduce the cost of management manpower and material resources and realize scientific,rational and efficient drug management.
