摘要
人才是医疗机构可持续发展的最重要的因素,是单位发展的核心竞争力,人才培训工作任重道远。如何对医务职工队伍进行合理的培训,提升其知识和技术水平的层次,进而提高单位学科建设水平和核心竞争力,是医疗机构永恒的主题。笔者从加强医务职工培训工作的重要性、培训工作的思路、具体做法与实践作出探讨。
Talent is the most important factor for the sustainable development of medical institutions.It is the core competitiveness of unit development.How to train the medical staff,enhance the level of their knowledge and technical level,and improve the level of the unit subject construction and core competitiveness,is the eternal theme in medical institutions.This paper discusses the importance of strengthening the training of medical staff and the thinking of training.
