3D打印技术辅助复杂骨盆骨折手术治疗的可行性研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术辅助复杂骨盆骨折手术治疗的应用价值。方法选择2015年9月—2017年12月期间医院接诊的复杂骨盆骨折患者38例,随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组19例。对照组患者行复杂骨盆骨折术前常规检查与手术,观察组患者术前采取CT三维重建、3D打印技术、血管造影等模式建立手术计划。比较两组患者手术效果、手术基本情况、术后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组手术优良率94.74%,显著高于对照组的68.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间(126.39±23.42)min、切口长度(6.17±1.28)cm、术中出血量(628.19±213.26)mL,均优于对照组相应指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复杂骨盆骨折手术治疗常见不良反应为切口感染、尿路感染、静脉血栓等。观察组不良反应发生率10.53%,显著低于对照组的36.84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用3D打印技术对复杂骨盆骨折手术方案进行术前模拟,可有效提高手术疗效,缓解患者临床症状,降低并发症发生率,促进患者恢复。 Objective To explore the application value of 3D printing technology in the treatment of complex pelvic fractures.Methods 38 patients with complicated pelvic fractures were selected.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 19 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were performed routine examination and operation before the operation of complex pelvic fracture.The patients in the observation group were established by CT 3D reconstruction,3D printing and angiography.The operative effect,the basic operation and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of operation in the observation group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(68.42%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operative time(126.39±23.42)min,incision length(6.17±1.28)cm and intraoperative bleeding(628.19±213.26)mL were superior to those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The common side effects of operative treatment for complex pelvic fractures are incision infection,urinary tract infection and venous thrombosis.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.53%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(36.84%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing technique is used to simulate the operation plan of complicated pelvic fracture.It can effectively improve the curative effect,relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications and promote the recovery of the patients.
