富血小板纤维蛋白在宫颈环形电切术后创面修复中的应用价值

The Value of Platelet Rich Fibrin in Wound Healing after Cervical Loop Electrosurgical Excision Ptocedure( LEEP) Surgery

目的探讨宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)术后创面修复治疗中应用富血小板纤维蛋白的价值。方法将广东省人民医院妇科门诊活检确诊为CIN2/CIN3并接受宫颈LEEP术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,全部患者术后均给以抗感染常规用药,仅创面局部处理不同:观察组术后即时在宫颈创面涂抹2 mL取自自体肘静脉血制备的富血小板纤维蛋白凝胶;对照组术后不涂用任何试剂。2组患者在术后1周、1个月、3个月复诊随访,观察阴道流血、创面愈合情况。结果观察组术后阴道流血发生率显著低于较对照组(P<0.05),创面愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 LEEP术后创面应用富血小板纤维蛋白可以促进宫颈创面愈合,缩短创面修复时间,具有较好的应用价值,可以进行推广使用。

Objective To investigate the value of platelet rich fibrin in wound healing after cervical Loop electrosurgical excision ptocedure(LEEP)surgery.Methods The patients in the gynecologic outpatient department of Guangdong General Hospital were randomly divided into two groups(observation group and control group),which were diagnosed as CIN2/CIN3 and accepted the cervical LEEP operation.All the patients were given anti infection routine medication after operation,and the local treatment of the wound was different.Observation group after the operation were smeared with 2ml from the blood of the elbow vein from the blood of the cervix.White gel is not coated with other reagents,and the control group is not coated with any reagents after operation.The two groups were followed up for 1 weeks,1 months,3 months after operation to observe vaginal bleeding and wound healing.Results The incidence of vaginal bleeding in the fibrin group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the healing time of the wound was significantly earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of platelet rich fibrin after LEEP can promote the healing of cervical wounds and shorten the time of wound repair.Platelet rich fibrin has good application value in wound healing after LEEP,and it can be widely used.
