参芪补虚合剂制备工艺的研究

Study on Preparation Technology of Shenqibuxu Mixture

目的确定参芪补虚合剂的制备工艺路线,优选其制备工艺条件。方法以挥发油提取率为指标,通过单因素试验优选挥发油的提取工艺;以干膏率、黄芪甲苷及毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的含量为评价指标,通过正交试验优选最佳的水提工艺,并考察其浓缩工艺和成型工艺。结果最佳制备工艺为当归等药材加8倍量水提油6 h,收集挥发油,加0.53%聚山梨酯80增溶;其余药材加8倍量水提取2次,第一次1.5 h,第二次1 h,浓缩,加入0.05%羟苯乙酯防腐,加2.8%蔗糖及上述挥发油配制即得。结论优选的工艺条件可行稳定,制备方法简单,可为该制剂的生产提供参考。

Objective Determine the preparation technology route of Shenqibuxu mixture and optimize its preparation process conditions.Methods Use oil extraction rate as index,extraction technology of volatile oil was optimized through single-factor test.Use the rate of total solids and the content of Astragaloside IV and Calycosin-7-glucoside as index,water extraction process was optimized through orthogonal design,and do research on the concentrating and molding processes.Results Optimum preparation process was as follow:the oil extraction herbs extracted 6 h with 8 times the amount of water,collect the oil and added 0.53%polysorbate 80 to solubilize it.The rest medical materials with herb residue were boiled twice with 8 times the amount of water,1.5 hour for the first time,1 hour for the second time.Concentrate the filtrate,adding 0.05%ethylparaben as preservative,then adding 2.8%sucrose.Conclusion This preparation technology is stable and feasible,the preparation method is simple,amd it can provide the reference for the production of Shenqibuxu mixture.
