摘要
利用全自动扫描显微镜将实体的玻片制成数字切片并建成数字切片库。数字切片库的建立丰富了实验教学内容,改变了教学模式,便于教师和学生的时时学习,同时为开展学校之间交流和病害远程诊断奠定基础;数字切片库的应用,开拓了学生视野,激发学生的学习热情,培养学生自主学习的能力,提高了课堂效率。
The plant pathogenic digital slices has been established by using automated scanning microscope system.The experimental contents are enriched by the digital section libraries.The teaching model has changed.It is convenient for teachers and students to learn from time to time.It lays the foundation for communication between collges and remote diagnosis system for diseases.The application of digital slicing library has expanded students'horizons and stimulated students'enthusiasm for learning.It also cultivated students'ability of autonomous learning.The teaching efficiency of plant pathology experiment are obviously increased.
