阶梯型实验教学模式在电气控制与PLC课程教学中的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice for Ladder-like Experimental Teaching Model in Electrical Control and PLC

针对电气控制与PLC课程实验教学中存在的严重脱离工程应用背景的现状,提出了阶梯型实验教学模式。按照实验内容由简单到复杂,实验难度逐级提高,研究设计了5个梯级的阶梯型实验教学模式。通过基础实验、应用实验、综合实验、设计实验以及创新实验5个层次的实验训练,使得学生很好地掌握了本门课程的教学内容、实验方法、工程设计方法,增强了学生的研究兴趣和工程设计研究能力。实践表明,阶梯型实验教学模式具有较好的工程教育效果。

A ladder-like experimental teaching model is proposed for it is divorced from engineering applications in electrical control and PLC teaching.A kind of 5 steps ladder-like experiment teaching mode is used.The difficulty of experiments is improved step by step according to the contents from simple to complex.Through the five levels training of the basic experiment,application experiment,comprehensive experiment,designing experiment and innovative experiment,the students have a good grasp of the course content,experiment method and the engineering design method.The research interests and engineering design capabilities of the students are also enhanced.Practice shows that the ladder-like experiment teaching model has good effects on engineering education.
