摘要
我公司承接的多功能海洋救助船配备有直升机,具有立体救助功能。本文在充分考虑直升机的使用条件及满足规范和公约的前提下,综合考虑船舶的稳性、安全性、经济性等因素,对直升机起降平台的布置进行方案设计研究,为新船的设计提供参考。
Multi-functional rescue ship to be built in HPWS is equipped with a helicopter and is capable of performing dimensional rescue.On the premise of fully fulfilling the helicopter operation conditions and meeting the rule and convention requirements,this paper proposes the optimized design of the helicopter platform arrangement for the multi-function rescue ship by considering the ship’s stability,safety,economical efficiency and other factors,providing reference for design of the new ship.
