摘要
本文通过散货船底部分段平面度精度控制研究,了解底部分段建造精度控制重点及难点。针对底部分段平面度控制设计出合理反变形值,完善及优化工艺方案,通过不断的改进,散货船底部分段平面度均达到要求,提高了船坞搭载工作效率,减少船坞搭载的修割量和开刀率,并减少环境的污染。
By expounding the key and difficulty of the accuracy control for the bottom section planeness during the construction of a bulk carrier,this paper designs a reasonable reverse deformation value for the bottom section planeness control,improves and optimizes the process scheme,achieves the planeness within standard range,which will meet the demand of shipbuilding precision,improve the working efficiency at erection stage,reduce the cutting,cutting rate of the dock erection and reduce the environmental pollution.
