摘要
滑油系统是船舶不可或缺的重要系统之一,它不仅能减少机械零部件间的摩擦,还能起到防锈、清洁、冷却、密封或缓冲等作用。本文重点介绍滑油管系设计、制作、安装与投油清洗等工艺,以防止在设计和施工过程中出现不必要错误,同时也降低在调试或试车过程中出现因滑油系统引起的设备故障,进一步提高施工质量。
Lubricating oil pipeline is one of the indispensable important systems in ship and ocean engineering,it can reduce the friction between the mechanical parts and have rust-proof,cleaning,cooling,seal or buffer effects.This paper mainly introduces the design,manufacture,installation and flushing with oil of the lubricating oil pipeline.
