摘要
医学本科生临床实习是整个医学教育的重要组成部分。目前医疗环境严峻,网络信息发达,随着医学教育综合改革创新的不断深入,在这种新形势下,医学本科生在医院实习阶段需要明确实习目的、要求,完善理论知识,将理论与临床有效结合;通过医院文化提高其职业素质和道德修养。
Medical undergraduate clinical practice is an important part of medical education.The current medical environment is critical.Network information is developed.With the comprehensive reform and innovation of medical education,in this new situation,medical undergraduates need to know the purpose and requirements of internship in hospital,to improve theoretical knowledge,combine theory and clinic effectively,and improve their professional quality and moral cultivation through hospital culture.
