刘向哲治疗抗NMDA受体脑炎的临床经验

Clinical Experience of Professor Liu Xiangzhe in the Treatment of Anti-NMDA Encephalitis

抗N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸受体(NMDA)受体脑炎是自身免疫性脑炎的一种,其典型的症状是精神运动、意识障碍、中枢性通气不足、不自主运动及自主神经紊乱。近年来,其发病率成上升趋势。刘向哲教授,系河南中医药大学第一附属医院神经内科主任医师,拜师王永炎院士和国医大师李振华教授,在20余年的医、教、研工作中,理论基础扎实,临床经验丰富,善辨中风病及疑难杂症的诊疗,临证时,刘教授善用通窍活血汤辨证加减治疗抗NMDA受体脑炎,经验独到,疗效显著。本文就刘向哲教授治疗抗NMDA受体脑炎的1例临床病例总结其治疗经验。

Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor receptor(NMDA)encephalitis is autoimmune encephalitis.The typical symptom is the spirit of sports,consciousness disorder,central hypoventilation,involuntary movement and autonomic nerve disorder.In recent years,the incidence of the disease has been rising.Professor Liu Xiangzhe,Chief physician of neurology in Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,apprenticed to academician Wang Yongyan and Chinese medical master Professor Li Zhenhua,Professor Liu Xiangzhe has been engaged in medicine,teaching and research work for more than 20 years.He has solid theoretical foundation and rich clinical experience,and is good at diagnosing and treating stoke and incurable diseases.In clinically,Professor Liu used modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in the treatment of anti-NMDA encephalitis,which has a unique experience,and the curative effect is remarkable.This paper summarized the experience of Professor Liu Xiangzhe in treating one case of anti-NMDA encephalitis.
