摘要
目的通过体外抑菌实验对清热解毒代表方五味消毒饮的机理做探索性研究,从而应对抗生素滥用以及各种原因引起的细菌耐药带来的一系列问题。方法通过纸片扩散法(K-B法)和试管二倍稀释法对五味消毒饮药物敏感性和最小抑菌浓度进行测定。结果药物敏感性:金黄色葡萄球菌对五味消毒饮提取液高度敏感,大肠埃希菌、绿脓杆菌、乙型溶血性链球菌对五味消毒饮提取液中度敏感。最小抑菌浓度:五味消毒饮对金葡菌的最小抑菌浓度为31.25 mg/m L,对大肠埃希菌的最小抑菌浓度为62.50 mg/m L,对绿脓杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为125 mg/m L,对乙型溶血性链球菌的最小抑菌浓度为125 mg/m L。结论通过体外抑菌实验,证明五味消毒饮具有抑制常见菌的作用,且对金黄葡萄球菌具有较好的抑制作用。
Objective Through in vitro bacteriostasis experiment,an exploratory study on the mechanism of the five flavor disinfection drinks,the representative of the method of clearing heat and detoxification,wasmade.To deal with a series of problems caused by antibiotic abuse and the resistance to bacteria caused by various causes.Methods The drug sensitivity and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Wuwei Xiaodu drink were determined by paper diffusion(K-B)and two times dilution of test tube.Results Determination of drug sensitivity:Measuring the diameter of each inhibition zone,the results showed that Staphylococcus aureus was highly sensitive to the Wuwei Xiaodu drink extract.Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and beta hemolytic streptococcus were moderately sensitive to the Wuwei Xiaodu drink extract.Determination of minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC):The minimum inhibitory concentration of Staphylococcus aureus by Wuwei Xiaodu drink was 31.25 mg/ml,the minimum inhibitory concentration of Escherichia coli to Wuwei Xiaodu drink was 62.50 mg/ml,the minimum inhibitory concentration of pseudomonas aeruginosa to Wuwei Xiaodu drink was 125 mg/ml,the minimum inhibitory concentration of beta hemolytic streptococcus to Wuwei Xiaodu drink was 125 mg/ml.Conclusion Through the bacteriostasis experiment in vitro,it was proved that the Wuwei Xiaodu drink had the effect of inhibiting the common bacteria and had a good inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus.
