中药熏洗坐浴改善肛肠术后创面水肿疼痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Hip Bath in Improving the Pain of Wound Edema after Anorectal Surgery

目的探讨中药熏洗坐浴改善肛肠术后创面水肿疼痛的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月—2017年10月住院的80例肛肠术后患者,所有患者均伴有不同程度术后创面水肿疼痛。将患者按随机数字表分配,试验组40例,对照组40例,其中对照组患者进行西医治疗,试验组患者则在西医治疗的同时使用中药熏洗坐浴进行治疗。治疗结束后计算临床总有效率,比较2组患者术后2 d、3 d以及6 d后的创面水肿疼痛情况。结果对照组临床总有效率为70.00%,试验组临床总有效率为85.00%,试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组经过治疗后,其创面水肿、疼痛程度情况明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗坐浴具有清热泻火、凉血止血的作用,可以明显改善肛肠术后创面水肿疼痛情况,临床上值得应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation hip bath in improving the pain of postoperative wound edema after anorectal surgery.Methods 80 patients with anorectal surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017 were treated with case-control study.All patients had different degrees of postoperative wound edema pain.Assigning patients according to random number table,the experimental group had 40 cases,and the control group had 40 cases.The control group patients were treated with conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group patients used Western medicine and Chinese medicine fumigation hip bath.After treatment,the total clinical efficiency was calculated,and the pain of the wound edema was compared between the two groups after 2d,3d and 6d.Results The clinical total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%,the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was 85.00%,the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the wounds of the two groups were significantly improved,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has the function of clearing heat and relieving the blood and cooling blood,which can obviously improve the pain condition of the wound edema after anorectal surgery.It is worth applying in clinic.
