定坤丹治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Dingkun Mini-pills in the Treatment of Ovulatory Dysfunctional Infertility

目的观察排卵障碍性不孕症应用定坤丹的临床治疗效果。方法选取2016年8月—2017年8月收治的37例排卵障碍性不孕症患者资料进行分析,其中参照组18例单独应用克罗米酚治疗,研究组19例在克罗米酚治疗同时加用定坤丹治疗,对比2组临床疗效。结果研究组、参照组患者治疗后雌激素水平、孕激素水平以及排卵率等指标对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),研究组患者子宫内膜厚度、妊娠率均高于参照组,统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论排卵障碍性不孕症患者临床应用定坤丹治疗,可以增大子宫内膜厚度,提高患者的妊娠率,具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the application of Dingkun mini-pills in the treatment of anovulatory infertility.Methods 37 cases of patients with anovulatory infertility in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were analyzed.18 cases of patients were treated with clomiphene alone as the control group,and 19 cases received clomiphene therapy combined with Dingkun mini-pills as the study group.Comparative analysis of the clinical results was made.Results There was no difference in the data of estrogen level,progesterone level and ovulation rate between the study group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate in the study group were all higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of Dingkun mini-pills in treating anovulatory infertility can increase endometrial thickness,improve the pregnancy rate,which has important application value.
