长蛇灸治疗脾肾阳虚型更年期综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Long Snake Moxibustion Therapy in the Treatment of Climacteric Syndrome of Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney

目的探讨长蛇灸治疗更年期综合征(脾肾阳虚型)的临床效果,观察其对性激素水平的影响。方法将2016年1月—2017年12月因脾肾阳虚型更年期综合征就诊的80例患者纳入研究并据随机数字表法分组。对照组40例口服尼尔雌醇片治疗,观察组40例在对照组基础上联合长蛇灸治疗,3月后比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组卵泡生成激素(FSH)水平低于对照组,雌二醇(E2)水平高于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组Kupperman指数评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长蛇灸治疗更年期综合征(脾肾阳虚型)效果显著,可有效改善性激素水平,减轻临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of long snake moxibustion in the treatment of climacteric syndrome(yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)and to observe its effect on sex hormone levels.Methods Eighty patients with climacteric syndrome diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were included in the study and grouped according to the random number table method.In the control group,40 cases were treated with oral nilestriol tablets,40 cases in the observation group were combined with long snake moxibustion.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after 3 months.Results After treatment,the follicle-forming hormone(FSH)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the estradiol(E2)level in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Kupperman index score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than 75.00%(30/40)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Long snake moxibustion has a significant effect on menopause syndrome(yang deficiency of spleen and kidney),which can effectively improve the level of sex hormones,reduce the clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.
